BioI'm starting a journal because I am about to graduate from college and am then heading off to Asia--it's a pretty exciting experience so I think it should be documented. And there will always be those people who occassionaly think of me and think, I wonder what Melissa's up to now? Plus I'd rather post than write a bunch of mass emails.
I grew up in Maine and am currently a student at the University of Chicago. I met a wonderful man a couple of years ago who is now taking me to Hong Kong where he's been offered a fancy job. I don't really know what I will do there yet...so...an adventure!
Before I move, I'm also trying to write about the end of my college experience...now that I only have four weeks left, I'm getting all nostalgic.
